The Urban Hippie

For some reason I've been really digging road trips. One of my future plans is to go on one once I have graduated (so stick along) with my friends. But in the meantime I have been looking at some and I found  this road trip. They go to Salvation Mountain, which is one of my list of places to go, and she took some cool pictures of her trip so go check it out!

Introducing Blog Thursday!

          Each Thursday (hopefully *fingers crossed*) I will be posting a blog that I think is amazing. These blogs may vary from fashion, food, or music. 

          First blog I have found out is http://analoguespheres.com/ it is FREAKING AMAZING they post new music finds every-other day. What I do not like is that their soundcloud is kind of out of date (3 months to be exact) so I would not recommend it. But their blog includes very retro/indie/chill music (what I like to call chill vibes). Anyway going to end this post cause I've got to go listen to more music. BYE!

Recent weeks- absent

First off I would like to say Happy Easter, and that I am sorry that I have not posted in these recent weeks. Recently a lot of things have happened in my life.
First off I have become vegetarian/vegan.
Second, even though it is spring break, I have been helping my parents with their business.
Third I am trying to open up a clothing store online.
And last but not least one of my best friends lost a special person and she needs support. (please pray for her)

Forever 21 & H&M Haul!!

Hi there human!
Last week I went to Raliegh's mall, Crabtree Valley Mall, and of course I had to go to two of my most favorite stores: Forever 21 and H&M. So this are all the things I got.

 The first place I went to was H&M, in which I got this awesome pants from. Both the army green and navy jeans are the same but different colors, but all three were $24.95 each (without taxes of course).

 What made me really attracted to these two pants were that they had zippers on the bottom and in the pocket; I especially like how the navy one had a gold zipper that contrasts with the color of the jeans.

 The only one that did not have a zipper was the brown-tan one. All of them have a skinny jean fit but the brown-tan one has a boot cut feel and is very comfortable. What I also love about them is that I can dress them up or down, in addition they are not very long and go about a little over the ankle. 

So next I went to Forever 21!

Even though I went there to find some jeans I could not find any and HAD to get these accessories.

 The first thing I saw and fell in love with were this necklace and ear cuff. 

The necklace is has both gold and silver crosses which remind me of Regal Rose's necklace (Link to it) but at a much cheaper price (it was only $6.80!).  

Now on the other hand, the ear cuff is exclusively colored gold and has a small gem which make is more snazzy. The only downside is that it can get pretty tangled because the attachment of the crosses is so weird and complicated (as seen in the picture); but it only cost $4.80. 

The next couple of things I got at Forever 21 where all beauty items in which all of the items are from Forever  21's Love and Beauty collection.

For a really long time I had been looking for a gel eyeliner and I when I saw it I was like "Hey why not it's only $1.50." So I bought it and tried it on and IT IS AMAZING! Not the 100% best but I would give it a 7 out of ten because it is really pigmented and way better than my other more expensive eyeliners.

The only thing about the three that I was not impressed was the eyelash curler (which was $2.80) because I think that I could buy one for a dollar and could do a better job, but it's okay not horrible. 

The second to last thing I bought was the hair brush which I wasn't sure if I really wanted it, but I think is is really great for people with really thick hair like me, because it was "soft" in my hair and it untangled it. Oh yeah and it was $3.80.

The very last thing I got were these tweezers that where $2.80 for two. I have never tried either types of tweezers, but so far so good. I especially like the smaller one because I can be more precised when plucking.
